Regarding paperwork and privacy: we accept legal service and state notices on your behalf, and you are welcome to list our Oregon address on filings to keep your home address off the record. • Filing your annual report. That is a separate service with its own fee plus the state's fee.
• State filing fees of any kind.
• Forming the company, or any amendment or reinstatement filing.

Who can be a registered agent in Oregon?

Individuals 18 or older with a physical Oregon address. Business entities authorized to operate in the state. Oregon specifically prohibits PO boxes, commercial mail services, and virtual offices for agent addresses. Additionally, a business entity cannot designate itself as its own registered agent (though an individual owner may serve).

What does a registered agent do in Oregon?

A registered agent accepts legal documents and official state correspondence for your business during normal business hours. This includes lawsuit papers, Secretary of State notices, tax communications, and annual report reminders. We scan these documents and upload them to your portal the same day they arrive.

What happens if I miss my annual report?

Oregon provides a 45-day grace period after your anniversary due date. If you still have not filed after that window, the Secretary of State may begin administrative dissolution proceedings. Your business loses its ability to legally operate until reinstated.

No. We are not a virtual mailbox or mail forwarding service. Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Registered agent service renews automatically for another year on each renewal date, unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account, or give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal reminders go out about 60 days ahead.

You can cancel at any time from your online account or by contacting support. Cancelling does not by itself remove us as registered agent on the state record; a change of registered agent or resignation filing does that.

Anything already filed with the government is not refundable. Registered agent fees are not refundable once we or our partner have been appointed with the state. State fees are not refundable once paid to the state.
